Description
Heavy Duty Potash Drain Opener is specifically designed for use in removing organic matters such as food, hair, roots, lint, fats and grease from drains and traps. It dissolves hard water and soap deposits found in clogged drains. It is safe and effective for use in sinks, wash stands or floor drains. It will not harm plumbing, drain tiles or upset bacterial action in septic tanks.

Directions
For clogged drains: Remove as much water as possible standing above the drain. Pour 1 to 2 pints into drain and allow a dwell time of at least 30 minutes. For best results, allow to stand overnight. Badly clogged floor drains may require 1 to 2 quarts and need an overnight dwell time. Garbage disposals: Pour 1 pint into drain and let stand for 10 minutes then flush with water. For drain maintenance pour 1 to 2 pints down drain and let stand overnight once each week. Add Heavy Duty Potash Drain Opener slowly and directly to drain. Do not use if other chemicals, especially acids, have been added to drain.
Material Safety
Safe on plumbing fixtures and drains made from iron, steel, stainless steel, ceramic, Pyrex, polyethylene, polyvinyl-chloride and porcelain. Do not use on linoleum, cabinet tops, floor coverings, wood, paint, aluminum and galvanized metal. Caution, corrosive material, contains caustic alkali. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact with skin flush with water for 15 minutes. In case of contact with eyes flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Do not take internally.
